In 1922, SBB took over the Seethal railway Emmenbrücke-Beinwil-Lenzburg with all its mobile material. This meant that SBB then came into the possession of flat cars which technically were almost identical with the gravel cars of the Königlich Württembergischen Staats Eisenbahn.
